Our data practices are designed around the principle that your personal information belongs to you. We use it only to keep your account running, process payments and meet our legal obligations.

End-to-End Encryption

All data moving between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. This covers login credentials, KYC documents and every UPI, Paytm or PhonePe payment you initiate from your account.

Cookie Transparency

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is used. You can manage cookie preferences from the banner shown on your first visit, or via your browser settings at any time.

Account Security Controls

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-step verification. We never store your UPI VPA, Paytm wallet PIN or PhonePe credentials — those remain inside the respective payment apps throughout every transaction.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is held for the life of your account. After closure, we retain the minimum records required by Indian financial law — typically seven years — then delete or anonymise the remaining data in accordance with our internal schedule.

Your Right to Access and Correct

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold about you at any time. If any detail is inaccurate — name, contact number, linked payment reference — contact support and we will correct it within five business days.

Deletion and Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing or request full account deletion. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations imposed by applicable Indian law on financial transaction records.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth during registration. If you verify your identity, we also collect a copy of your government-issued ID. Payment references from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are recorded per transaction to maintain your account history.

We share data only with payment processors required to complete your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and with service providers who operate our platform under strict data-processing agreements. We never sell or rent your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

After you close your account, we retain the minimum financial records required under applicable Indian regulations — generally seven years. All other personal data is deleted or fully anonymised once that statutory retention period ends, in line with our internal deletion schedule.
