Data Retention Policy

Account data — including transaction records linked to your UPI or Paytm ID — is retained for a minimum of five years in line with Indian financial recordkeeping norms. You may request a data export at any time via email.

Account Security Standards

Right to Request Changes

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data held on your account at any time. Submit the request in writing to [email protected] with your registered PhonePe or UPI ID; corrections are processed within 14 working days.

Account Closure Rights

You have the right to close your mglion account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified UPI or Paytm account within five business days.
